New? Start here.
Welcome to Girls Get Real — or GGR for short!
I’m thrilled you’re here. GGR opened it’s doors as a traditional coaching practice in late 2009. We got off to a good start, but almost immediately, something didn’t feel quite right. We were doing all the right things, but we just felt like their had to be more — more we could do and more girls we could reach. Then, we discovered the problem.
GGR and its founder are anything but traditional!
It was time to take our own advice and GET REAL! So we’re breaking the mold, coming out from under the radar and going big — really, really big. This new website and blog is just the beginning of that, and we are super glad you are along for the ride!
What we’re doing
If you are looking for “more,” you are in the right place. We know what it feels like to do all the “right” things, but somehow, things still don’t feel quite right. You know what this feels like, too, and you want more. You know it’s out there and you want to find it.
But can you really do that? Is that safe? Shouldn’t you be happy doing it the way it’s always been done? Isn’t that the way to success? What will everyone think if you start questioning? What will your parent’s think? Crap, that’s scary.
This blog and all of the other resources on this website are all about giving you the permission, space, tools and support you need, so you can begin to safely and freely explore, create and live a life of fun, freedom and fulfillment, even in the midst of increasing responsibilities and expectations of adulthood.
Things you can do
